"Education is the total efforts of a community to raise it social, economic and political standard of life." Kwara discharges 15 COVID-19 patients in A week Records five new cases on 7th June Kwara State Government on Sunday discharged eight COVID-19 patients after they have twice tested negative to the virus, on the 3rd of June 8 person were discharged that brings it to 52 the total number of discharged patients in the state. The state meanwhile has also recorded five more cases, bringing to 132 the tally of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the north central state. The five cases mean that Kwara now has 79 active cases. A picture of suspected raper The Niger state police has arrested one Ezekiel Yunana, 25, for allegedly raping a 85-year-old grandmother in Rafi . Rukoto TV gathered that the suspect, who reportedly broke into the victim’s room through the window, had asked her to pay a large sum of money after threatening to kidnap her. When she couldn’t come up with the money, the suspect forcefully had carnal knowledge of her. The victim said that the suspect raped her for a very long time before she was rescued by her grandson, Ishaku Achidawa, who was able to identify him.
